Why Corinthian

1. Why should I hire you?
The Corinthian Fine Homes team should be your fine home builder of choice because we have no surprises - an often heard "challenge" in our industry. We make sure the communication lines are open and flowing with updated reports at each turn. Our experienced team works throughout the process to ensure your home is built to your specifications, and your knowledge of progress is in line each step of the way.

2. How do your fees compare to other builders' fees?
Our fees are in line with Industry Standards and all fees are shown and out in the open from day one.

3. What makes you different from other builders in this market?
Our clients differentiate us in the market place. The clients we ultimately work for use us because we are a builder who truly does unique, "one of a kind", and award winning work. We are simply a custom builder with no preset standardizations; we collaborate with each client to fit their lifestyle and home aspirations.

4. What is one of your strengths?
Our strength is creating a home that caters to our client's personality and lifestyle, within the budget framework.

5. What type of warranty do you provide and what is your philosophy on warranty?
We offer a five year warranty. We check in with you each year and walk through your home as you wish to make sure your home is just as amazing as the day you moved in.

6. How long have you been building?
Our company recently celebrated our 10th anniversary and our team has more than 50 years of industry experience under our belt.

7. Do you supervise the building yourself or do you have a site supervisor?
Each project has a project manager and that individual is on site each construction day. We also have a project coordinator assigned to help assist you in making all your selection decisions.

8. How do you handle changes?
When a client asks us to do additional work or we have an unforeseen circumstance, we produce a "Work Request". This is a supplemental document to our contract that states the client requested additional work or we ran into unforeseen work; this additional work may increase the contract amount and number of construction days. The "Work Request" is agreed upon and signed by both parties before work can proceed. This is part of our no surprises guarantee.
